How do I know when you are due to arrive?
You will receive an email or text from us the night before we are due to come to you and to ensure that you have made any necessary access arrangements for us.
Do you clean windows in the rain?
Yes, we do! The purified water system that we use allows us to complete work to as high standard in the rain as in the dry. Having said that, we will not clean in torrential rain or extremely high winds as a safety precaution for our staff.
How do I make payment?
To make things as stress free as possible we use a method of payment called Go Cardless. Go Cardless is a direct debit method which allows us to request payment from the customer after we have completed the work. On completion of work you will receive a receipt via email and the funds will be transferred within 3-5 days.

Can you take incorrect payments when they're not due?
Payments can’t be taken unless customers are given advance notice of the amount and date of each payment (usually 3 – 5 days in advance). Direct Debit is the UK’s safest payment method for customers. Under the Direct Debit guarantee, customers can get a full and immediate refund from their bank for any payment they believe was taken in error or fraudulently.
What if I am not satisfied with the work?
In our experience we have found that this is rarely the case! However, if there is an issue with any of our work we guarantee that we will return to your property within 48 hours to rectify the issue.
Do you offer one off cleans?
We do offer one off cleans however these will be priced using a different scale to our regular window cleaning service. Please get in contact for a quote.
Do you take on commercial work?
Yes, absolutely! All of our staff are DBS cleared and able to work in environments such as offices, schools or hospitals. We have significant experience working in the education sector and have specific equipment to enable us to complete commercial work to industry standards.
